Problem Description
|
|
When attempting a backup or initialize of my SharpDrive resource, I'm getting the error:
"Data Filter Failure!!
[File is /usr/lib/edge/system/mnt/sd.sdc1]
Reason is SharpDrive token file does not exist after mount"
|
|
Cause
|
|
The file .edge.token is missing from the mount directory for the SharpDrive. Why this occurs is still under investigation by Microlite development.
|

Solution
|
|
Mount the SharpDrive manually from the shell. Then change directory to the mount point you specified. Then type:
touch .edge.token
Change directory back into / and then unmount the SharpDrive. Then try to initialize again under edgemenu.
