Problem Description
RecoverEDGE fails when creating a bootable cd/DVD/OBDR image with "No space of /dev/marry (76/1)"
Cause
Under SCO OpenServer 5.0.7, the size of the kernel is quite large when Maintenance Pack 3 is installed, thus causing RecoverEDGE to fail when creating a boot image. As far as OpenServer is concerned a CD is a 2.88 MB floppy disk that must have disk 1 & disk 2 on the 2.88 MB partition.
Solution
There are a number of possibilities that allow one to get around this, first would be to disable BTLD support when creating your RecoverEDGE media. This can be found under re2->Configure. Then next option would be to create media using the 1.67 MB floppy diskette option when starting RecoverEDGE.
If none of these options work, check your /dev directory for the existence of a large data file. There should be no data files in /dev, if there is that could cause the problem you're seeing.
Finally, make sure you have your BackupEDGE updated to our latest build.

Notes
Be advised when disabling BTLD support, this will eliminate the possibility of adding a Boot Time Loadable Driver in the event that a controller change is needed to bring the system back. This will only allow recovery when the controller stays the same or a new one is identical.
